After a first round bye and plenty of the rest, the top seeded Barons sent their Ace, McClure, to the mound to faceoff against the Knight's Kinney.  The game kept a fast pace as both pitchers worked quickly and efficiently, until the bottom of the 5th when the Barons tallied one run.  In the bottom of the 6th, the Barons tacked on 4 more behind a booming double by Jackson.  McClure exited after six innings, K'ing 10.  The relief was equally effective as Harting allowed only one hit in his three innings.  The Knights rallied in the top of the 9th to load the bases, but a fantastic play at 3rd ended the game.  Barons 5, Knights 0.
