First-year players Dan Stenavich and John Narvaiz combined efforts on the mound to pick up the win and the save, respectively. Peter Zampa vacuumed up every ground ball at short and had 8 assists in the field and 2 doubles at the plate, to earn Player of the Game honors.  Maestri had 2 hits which included a 2 RBI double.
